While
the rest of us were enjoying our weekends, Kim Kardashian was giving
birth to America’s Next Top Famous Baby. The reality TV star announced via her website
that she her husband Kanye West are happily fawning over the newest
addition to their family, a baby boy whose name they have yet to
reveal.
According
to the website, “mother and son are doing well,” which is good news as
Kim has documented the difficulties she’s had during this pregnancy. According to E!,
around the Thanksgiving holiday, she had an ECV (External Cephalic
Version, or a Version), operation to turn her baby from breech position
to facing head-down. For her website, Kim penned a post
about her first high-risk pregnancy and how that affected her second
one. “With the issues I had last time, my risk of having preclampsia and
placenta acreeta are increased and there’s not a whole lot I can do to
prevent it, so my anxiety is a little high leading up to my delivery,”
she wrote. “In a very rare case, I might need a hysterectomy after
delivery if my condition is severe enough, but luckily my doctor doesn’t
think this will happen. So as time goes on, I am stressing out less and
trying to go with the flow.
Sounds
like going with the flow did her just fine as she is now the proud
mother of a new definitely gorgeous baby boy. Congratulations to Kim,
Kanye and the ever-growing Kardashian-West-Jenner crew!
